Celebrating America’s Favorite Sport in its Hometown: BIP Marches in the 4th of July Parade

We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate America’s 250th birthday than by marching in the 4th of July parade—right here in the birthplace of pickleball. A huge thank you to Mark Mumm for another year of coordinating the effort. And a big thank you to our 16 volunteers for sharing our mission to create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive pickleball community. (Passing out 4,000 pieces of candy definitely helped spread the joy!)
